Cutting masonry means cutting silica
Concrete, brick, block and mortar all contain crystalline silica, and dry cutting them with an angle grinder is one of the highest-exposure tasks on a construction site. Since 1 September 2024 the NSW WHS (Crystalline Silica Substances) Regulation has required PCBUs to control silica processing, run a risk control plan, carry out air monitoring and provide health monitoring.
Water suppression or on-tool extraction first, RPE alongside it, and HEPA air scrubbing for indoor work. Confirm the controls your risk assessment requires — this is a blade, not advice.

Questions
Turbo or super thin? Turbo for speed on concrete, brick and block. Super thin for a clean visible edge on porcelain and stone.
Can I cut wet? Yes, and it is the better option indoors — water suppression cuts respirable dust at the source.
